About Martha O’Bryan

Martha O’Bryan supports two Charter schools through it’s programs; Explore Community School and East End Preparatory both offer K-8. They work to embrace the diversity that surrounds us and grow together through curiosity, reflection, and collaboration to ensure students are known, supported, healthy, happy, challenged, and fully prepared for college and beyond. Explore! opened in Fall 2015 and has grown one grade per year until our K-8 launch in the 2023-24 school year. East End Preparatory School prepares scholars for college degree completion and success in the competitive world beyond.

A beautiful new facility opened in 2018 and is conveniently located in East Nashville, provides​ ​a​ ​challenging​ K-8 ​education​ ​in​ ​a​ ​joyful​ ​and​ ​supportive​ ​environment​. East End Preparatory School (K-8) prepares scholars for college degree completion and success in the competitive world beyond, through academic excellence and cultivating habits of the mind that promote strength of character and intellect.
Success is not only defined by academics, but by holistic child development.  East End Prep’s approach combines excellence in academics, character and virtues, the arts, and sports to provide an unmatched education in preparation for college and beyond.
